Discount Tire

Overall, I've been coming to Discount Tire for years. The manager did a nice job of welcoming customers into the store and thanked them for being patient. My appointment was made on-line to have the tires balanced and rotated. The wait time was within a few minutes of what was quoted based on their very busy day. Excellent service and professionalism.

Very pleasant and get to serving you at the desk but when they tell you a time do not hold onto it. Told me 4pm and I sat until after 5pm. They are respectful and talk respectful business but their times are off. Two days two tires both times was off. But I would recommend them. Just be prepared for a wait! But I think they can fix it and will continue to do business with them!

This store is always busy but they are sure to be friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. Harry called me the night before and made sure all was set and gave me instructions for drop off. The day of my appt Caleb was the BEST and made sure I understood my services, then how long it would be. I dropped off my car so wasn't worried about it, but it was still completed and ready for pickup within the timeframe he estimated.

The salesperson was attentive and straightforward, focusing only on what I needed without pushing unnecessary services. The overall experience was fast and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, that positive impression was undermined when a technician damaged my wheel cover and no one took the initiative to inform me. In my view, that lack of transparency is simply dishonest. My advice to anyone visiting this location: thoroughly inspect your vehicle before driving off, because based on my experience, they will not volunteer that information if something is damaged on their watch.

Just to keep people aware of possible scam, I know this info will help alot of people. To Think twice or look for second opinion. This is our story and experience with discont tire ,we had a very disappointing service. Walked in to get tire inspected due to air leaking. Previously patched by Discount Tire. Before we arrived we inspected the tire ourselves and notice the tire was leaking around the rim so went back to discount tire we explained to the worker in the front desk that it wasn't from the previous repair but the rim. The bubbles were still very noticeable from the previous test we did ourselves around the rim so he told us that we needed a new rim. He started offering us the new options of getting a new set of rims. The worker didnt even bother to inspect the the rim before to determine that we needed new set of rims, which it was kinda of weird to us. So he kept insisting to us that our rims were old, that they have developed corrosion and that was causing the air leak. Once again without inspecting the rim. So I told him that it was ok and we left. My plan was not to take much of there time. So we got back home we inspected the rim this time ourselves something that
